Sophie Shirey

ISM is an experience/adventure rather than a class, where students are able to utilize their independence and navigate their way through the professional world in order to find a mentor willing to help the student achieve skills/knowledge necessary for their intended future career. ISM facilitates better communication and time management skills, as students undergo a year of exciting research and later "real world" experience through interviews and sessions with their mentors.
